Our approach

By communicating effectively (consultancy) with a potential client (lead), we are able to determine what is important and what isn't then come up with a fully transparent contract and quote... down to the last penny. Once the lead becomes a client, the copywriter(s) work to deliver a simple but convincing copy and pass it on to the UI and UX designers. They get to work designing an interface (and experience) based on the requirements in the contract, then hand it over to the frontend developer(s) who go on to Integrate the design with a frontend stack and deploy to a hosting service. In cases where a feature or features require backend services, like email newsletters or forms... then the backend developer(s) are included in the work process to implement the feature(s). At the end, the client is left with a website that fully represents their brand and if the client thinks otherwise, they can request an iteration as many times as the contract allows. Ongoing support depends on the contract. Whilst this is an optional service, we highly recommend it.
